*Coworking spaces in BGC, Makati and Rockwell with their published day-pass and monthly prices, the options for 24-hour access, and what to do when a café will do.*

The best coworking spaces in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) and Makati for a day pass are Zone Offices and Loft in BGC, and CoSY, Vantis and Loft in Makati, with full-day rates from about ₱450 to ₱800. For a monthly desk, Common Ground, WeWork and KMC give you meeting rooms and a wider network, and Zone Offices in BGC is the clearest option if you need 24-hour access.

Updated October 2026.

Every price below comes from the operator's own website or a 2026 source, and these numbers move often, so confirm when you book. If you only need a seat and a socket for a few hours, a café may be enough: see the last section and our full guide to [cafés you can actually work from](https://whatsonmnl.com/blog/best-cafes-to-work-from-manila).

## BGC coworking spaces

**Zone Offices** sits on the 29th and 30th floors of Arthaland Century Pacific Tower on 5th Avenue, with views over the city. It is the pick for anyone who works odd hours, and it runs community events through the year if you want to meet people.
*Desk pass from ₱450 for a 12-hour day (6-hour half day also sold). Hot Desk Premium ₱5,500 a month before VAT, with 24/7 access and a call booth. Tip: the day pass seats you in the 29th-floor lounge area, so bring headphones if you need quiet.*

**WeWork** has two BGC locations, Uptown Bonifacio Tower Three and Menarco Tower on 32nd Street, plus one in Makati. It is best for people who travel or have teams abroad, since a membership opens other WeWork locations too.
*All Access membership from ₱10,995 a month (listed down from ₱12,935); day passes and meeting rooms can also be booked on demand. Staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Good to know: the membership includes credits for meeting rooms, which matters if you take client calls.*

**KMC** is one of the largest operators in the country, with more than 30 locations. Its Four/NEO site on 4th Avenue is the big one in BGC, with 56 coworking seats and 15 meeting rooms, and there are smaller sites at Uptown Place Tower 2 and SM Aura.
*Prices are not published; ask KMC for a quote. Tip: one membership covers its network of sites, useful if your week covers both BGC and Makati.*

**Loft BGC** at One Park Drive is the simple, good-value choice: open seating, coffee included, printer access.
*₱130 an hour, ₱400 half day, ₱550 full day (8am to 6pm), ₱5,500 a month. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.*

**Spaces World Plaza** (and its sister brand Regus at Eco Tower) is the premium end, with staffed reception and lounges suited to client meetings.
*Day desk around ₱2,688 at Spaces and ₱2,288 at Regus Eco Tower, before VAT, on the workin.space booking site in September 2026. Skip if you only need wifi and a chair; the cheaper spaces cover that.*

## Makati coworking spaces

**CoSY** is at 92 Senator Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia), Barangay San Isidro, Makati. It publishes clear prices for every option, which makes it easy to try for a day.
*From ₱125 an hour, ₱800 single visit, ₱7,000 for 10 visits in 30 days, ₱13,000 for 20 days in 60 days, ₱15,000 for an unlimited month. Meeting room for two from ₱1,000 for two hours. Tip: hours are not published online, so message before an early start.*

**Vantis** is on the 49th floor of PBCom Tower on Ayala Avenue in Salcedo Village. It suits calls and quiet work, and the wifi is backed by three separate internet providers, so one outage should not stop you.
*₱100 an hour, ₱400 for four hours, ₱550 full day, ₱5,500 a month. Online bookings run 9am to 5pm; staffed Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.*

**Loft Makati** on the 9th floor of AIA Tower on Paseo de Roxas has the same prices as Loft BGC, and it also sells a dedicated desk.
*₱550 day pass, ₱5,500 monthly hot desk, ₱14,000 monthly dedicated desk with conference room use included. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.*

**WeWork RCBC Plaza** fills the 30th and 31st floors of the Yuchengco Tower at Ayala Avenue and Buendia, near Ayala Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station. Same membership as the BGC sites. *Staffed weekdays, 9am to 6pm.*

## Rockwell coworking spaces

**Common Ground 8 Rockwell** is the most complete option on this side of Makati: two meeting rooms, a discussion room, two call booths, a 158 square meter event space and full backup power, a short walk from Power Plant Mall.
*Day pass from ₱500 (9am to 6pm, weekdays only, closed on public holidays). Hot desk from ₱3,800 a month, 9am to 6pm, with one hour of meeting room time. The site offers 24/7 access to members; ask which plan includes it. Tip: the hot desk plan also works at its McKinley Hill site in Taguig, two sites in Ortigas and Don Antonio in Quezon City.*

**Acceler8 by UnionSPACE** is on the 5th floor of Phinma Plaza, Rockwell. A 2026 review describes it as quiet and well lit, good for a full day of focused work.
*Day pass about ₱560, according to a May 2026 review. Weekdays 9am to 6pm; weekend hours are not listed. Tip: message them on Facebook to confirm the rate and how to pay before you go.*

## Working late: 24-hour coworking

Truly 24-hour day passes are rare. Most spaces staff the front desk on weekdays only and keep round-the-clock access for monthly members.

- **Zone Offices, BGC:** 24/7 access comes with the ₱5,500 Hot Desk Premium monthly plan.
- **Common Ground 8 Rockwell:** 24/7 access for members, with staff on site weekdays 9am to 6pm. The entry hot desk plan covers 9am to 6pm, so ask which plan you need.
- **Vantis, Salcedo:** 24-hour building access depends on your plan and is not included with every booking.
- **Spaces, Regus and KMC:** after-hours access usually depends on your monthly plan. Ask before you sign.

If you work night shifts or with US hours, buy a month at one of these rather than paying day rates.

## Ortigas, if it is closer

If you live in Pasig or Mandaluyong, crossing to Makati or BGC at rush hour can take longer than your work session. [Ortigas](https://whatsonmnl.com/neighborhood/ortigas) has two strong options. **Common Ground** has two sites at IBP Tower with the same ₱500 day pass, and **Loft Ortigas** has the same ₱550 day pass and is the only Loft branch open on Saturdays. It also sells a night pass for groups of 10.

## The no-desk-fee alternative: cafés

If you need a few hours, not a full day, a café costs only what you order. Good ones for laptops in BGC and Makati: [Single Origin](https://whatsonmnl.com/place/single-origin) in BGC stays open late, [The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery](https://whatsonmnl.com/place/the-fat-seed-cafe-roastery) in BGC has room to spread out, and [Yardstick Coffee](https://whatsonmnl.com/place/yardstick-coffee) and [Bad Cafe](https://whatsonmnl.com/place/bad-cafe) in Legazpi Village are popular with people working on laptops. Check each listing for current hours. The catch is calls: cafés are loud at lunch and outlets run out, so move to a coworking space on heavy call days. The full list is in [the best cafés to work from](https://whatsonmnl.com/blog/best-cafes-to-work-from-manila), [where to work from in Manila](https://whatsonmnl.com/blog/where-to-work-from-manila) sorts both cafés and coworking by neighborhood, and there are more places to eat and drink in our [eat and drink guide](https://whatsonmnl.com/eat-drink).

## Before you go

- **Book online when you can.** Loft, CoSY, Vantis and Zone Offices sell passes on their sites, so you skip the paperwork at the door.
- **Check VAT.** Some prices are shown before the 12% value-added tax (VAT), including Zone Offices, Spaces and Regus. Add it when you compare.
- **Bring ID.** Most of these are in office towers with lobby security, and you may need to register before you go up.
- **Arrive early.** Hot desks are first come, first served, so the seats by windows and outlets go first.
- **Plan around traffic.** Choose a space on your side of EDSA. Rockwell to BGC is close on a map but slow at rush hour.
- **Book meeting rooms ahead.** Monthly plans often include some meeting room hours; day passes usually do not.
