Malcolm Todd plays the New Frontier Theater in Araneta City, Quezon City, on Friday 27 November 2026. It is the Manila stop of his Do That Again Tour, and the Daily Tribune reported it is his first concert in the Philippines. Regular tickets run from ₱2,500 (Balcony 2) to ₱5,500 (Floor Standing A), with three VIP packages from ₱11,000 to ₱18,900. Tickets are sold through TicketNet. Live Nation Philippines announced the show.

*Checked 7 November 2026.*

## Date, venue and show time

- **Date:** Friday 27 November 2026.
- **Venue:** [New Frontier Theater](https://whatsonmnl.com/venue/new-frontier-theater), Araneta City, Quezon City.
- **Announced by:** Live Nation Philippines.
- **Show time:** not announced yet on Live Nation Philippines' event page (checked 7 November). Some listing sites print a start time, but we have not seen one from the promoter or the venue, so we are not giving one.
- **Doors:** the venue says its doors usually open 90 to 120 minutes before the start time of each event, and that door times can change.

Manila sits in the middle of the Asia run. Live Nation's tour page lists Taipei on 23 November, Yokohama on 25 November, Manila on 27 November and Singapore on 30 November, with Seoul, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur in December.

## Ticket prices

These are the prices Live Nation Philippines announced, as GMA News and Billboard Philippines reported them:

- **Floor Standing A:** ₱5,500
- **Floor Standing B:** ₱4,750
- **Loge:** ₱4,000
- **Balcony 1:** ₱3,250
- **Balcony 2:** ₱2,500

The two floor sections are standing, as the names say.

Ticketing fees on top of these prices are not listed in the announcement. We could not open TicketNet's event page when we checked on 7 November, so check what is still on sale there before you plan around a section.

## The three VIP packages

Billboard Philippines printed the full inclusions. Every package comes with one Floor Standing A ticket.

**Early Entry VIP Package, ₱11,000.** One Floor Standing A ticket, a special tour keychain, an official VIP laminate and lanyard, an early entry wristband, early entry (tier 3) and priority merchandise shopping, if applicable.

**Acoustic Experience, ₱14,500.** Everything above with early entry moved up to tier 2, plus an exclusive VIP merchandise pack and access to a pre-show Q&A and acoustic performance by Malcolm Todd.

**Ultimate Experience, ₱18,900.** Early entry tier 1, the merchandise pack, the pre-show Q&A and acoustic performance, an autographed VIP poster, and a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with Malcolm Todd.

So the jump from ₱11,000 to ₱14,500 buys the acoustic set and the Q&A, and the jump to ₱18,900 buys the meet-and-greet and photo. If you mainly want to be in Floor Standing A, the regular ticket at ₱5,500 is the same section, without the early entry or the extras.

Check-in times for the package benefits are not announced yet (checked 7 November).

## How to buy, and the reseller warning

General sale opened on 24 September at 12 noon on ticketnet.com.ph and at TicketNet outlets, after an artist presale on 22 September and a Live Nation presale on 23 September.

The New Frontier Theater says to buy only at ticketnet.com.ph or at the TicketNet box office and authorised outlets, to avoid counterfeit or stolen tickets. It also says reselling or scalping tickets on Araneta City property is prohibited. Live Nation's own terms add that tickets cannot be used for prizes, contests or sweepstakes, and tickets used that way can be voided without a refund.

Buying from a resale group is exactly what the venue warns against.

## Who he is, and what to expect

Malcolm Todd is an American singer-songwriter. The Daily Tribune described him as a rising indie-pop artist known for "Chest Pain (I Love)", "Roommates" and "Bleed", and Billboard Philippines called him the "Earrings" singer-songwriter.

The setlist for Manila is not announced. The tour has been running in North America since September, so expect the same show that crowds there have seen, but we will not print a song list until he has played it here.

No opening act has been announced for Manila (checked 7 November). Some reports mention a support act, but Pollstar and TicketNews say that act opens the European and UK dates, not the Asia ones.

## Inside the New Frontier Theater

The theater lists a seating capacity of 2,325, far smaller than an arena. Our [theatre seat plan guide](https://whatsonmnl.com/blog/theatre-seat-plans-manila) has a section on how the New Frontier is laid out.

The house rules, from the venue's own FAQ:

- **Bags:** large bags and oversized backpacks are not allowed inside the theater. They have to be checked in at the baggage counter beside the ticket booth.
- **Cameras:** video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recorders and professional cameras (with telephoto or zoom lenses) are not allowed, and video and audio recording is prohibited. The venue notes some shows have a different camera policy.
- **Food and drink:** no outside food or drink. Food and drinks bought from the concessionaires stay in the designated areas at the lobby.
- **Alcohol:** sold only to guests 21 or older with valid ID, and only drunk in the designated areas at the lobby.
- **Dress code:** guests in sandos and slippers are not let in, even with a ticket.
- **Re-entry:** none. If you leave during the show, you cannot come back in.
- **Security:** everyone goes through a metal detector and a bag check.

## Getting there and eating nearby

The New Frontier is inside Araneta City, which also holds the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The venue says it is reachable by MRT and LRT-2, as well as taxis, jeepneys and buses. Araneta City's own guide says to get off at Cubao station on either line. Parking is close by at Gateway Mall and Manhattan Parkview, according to the theater.

It is a Friday, so leave room for traffic if you are driving across the city. Our [Araneta Coliseum guide](https://whatsonmnl.com/blog/araneta-coliseum-concert-guide) covers the trains and getting home late from Araneta City.
