1C is where Kapitolyo's cyclists stop. The owners and baristas ride too, the furniture is thrifted and mismatched, and nobody minds how you look after a long ride.

The Lemonspresso is the regulars' order, and there is real food too, like the Tapa Kim. There is no wifi, which keeps it a place for talking rather than laptops.
