Aida's Chicken is the Makati branch of a Bacolod inasal house, set in a plain canteen on the lower ground floor of Makati Cinema Square. The chicken is Bacolod style inasal, grilled to order over a smoky fire, so expect a short wait. Alongside it are Filipino comfort dishes from around the country, such as Ilonggo squash cooked in coconut milk. It carries the lowest Michelin price band, a single ₱.
