Aurora is an Asian bistro on the ground floor of the Pacific Star Building, opened in partnership with lawyer Nilo Divina and named after his mother. The kitchen cooks shared plates drawn from across Asia: crisp betel leaf cups with scallops and prawns, lamb rendang, babi guling and a grilled hamachi collar with peanut sauce that the Michelin inspectors called the standout. The room has a wine wall, a bar, a patio and a private dining room, and it serves lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday.
