Behrouz Mojdeh started selling the food of his hometown, Rasht in Iran, from a food cart in Quezon City in 1985. The family business now has branches around Luzon, and the flagship is a large restaurant on Scout Tobias.

It is open until 5am every day and serves no alcohol, which makes it the Scout area's late meal between bars. Order shawarma on a plate, extra bread, moutabal, hummus and liver sauteed with tomatoes.
