Best of Luck is a small Hong Kong-style restaurant over two floors in Cubao Expo, lit in neon and fitted out like an old Chinatown eatery with metal tables for two. It opened after the pandemic and people now queue for a table.

The siomai are huge, the braised beef tendon dry noodles are the plate to fill up on, and in 2024 every cocktail was ₱218. It is the budget pick on this list, about ten minutes' walk from the Coliseum.
