Butcher Boy is the Manila outpost of Singapore based chef Andrew Walsh's Asian grill and bar, which opened in Salcedo Village in December 2024 and moved to Alabang West Parade on Daang Hari Road in 2026. The cooking is bold Southeast Asian flavour with modern technique: prawn and chicken laksa dumplings, a fried bun with chilli crab sauce, baos and a beef bo ssam. The Alabang room is more spacious than the Salcedo original.
