The Chinese restaurant on the third floor of Conrad Manila, with soaring ceilings, a blue chandelier and sweeping views of Manila Bay. The menu is overseen by celebrity chef Jereme Leung with executive Chinese chef Eng Yew Khor: Cantonese at the core, with dishes from across China and live seafood for the table. The two chefs launched a new menu in October 2026, the year Conrad Manila marked its tenth anniversary.
