A Spanish restaurant that opened its red round doors on Arnaiz Avenue corner Paseo de Roxas in August 1995, now led by chef J. Gamboa. The room is red tones, wood and matador art, and the menu sticks to classics: jamón, tapas, angulas a la vasca, and paellas sized for two to three. It also runs a five course tasting menu and a list of whole roast celebration dishes ordered ahead.
