Crosta is a sourdough pizzeria on a corner of Salcedo Village, led by head chef Yuichi Ito. The base is Neapolitan style, but the toppings are not traditional: the Morty and Ella pairs a black truffle béchamel with pistachio mortadella, and there are square Detroit style pies too.

It ranked 5th in the 50 Top Pizza list for Asia-Pacific in 2026, the highest of any pizzeria in the Philippines, and the queues show it.
