The steakhouse on the ground floor of Manila Marriott at Newport World Resorts in Pasay, under executive chef Meik Brammer, who has led the hotel's kitchens since 2010. The room is dark wood, leather and red chairs around an open kitchen where the steaks are seared. Beyond the beef, including Omi Wagyu A5 striploin and a 900g US prime ribeye, there are oysters, foie gras and surf and turf.
