Crystal Dragon is the Cantonese fine dining room of City of Dreams Manila, on the upper ground floor of the Nüwa hotel tower in Entertainment City. Chef de cuisine Chan Choo Kean runs the kitchen, with dim sum at lunch and a long list of dried seafood, roast meats and live seafood at both services.

The menu was refreshed in October 2026, adding a baked crab shell with mushroom and black truffle, braised fish maw with grouper and tea smoked beef short ribs with homemade buns. For an occasion there is an eight course tasting menu; for a lighter visit, come at lunch for the dim sum.
