A Spanish restaurant and deli on Jamboree Street in Diliman, from baker and chef Heny Sison working with Spanish chef Alex Del Hoyo Gomez. Patterned tiles, wooden cabinets and a terrace set a relaxed tone, and most of the ingredients come straight from Spain. The range runs from tapas to fideuà mixed at the table in a paella pan.
