The original Manila branch of Dr. Wine, a French bistro and wine bar that arrived from Shanghai in 2017, on Algier Street in Poblacion. The restaurant describes this room as the more intimate and dimly lit of its branches, and executive chef Romain Escande, from Toulouse, cooks classic French bistro food.

The wine list runs past 400 bottles. Start with the chicken liver mousse with maple syrup or a board of cured meats and cheese, and expect the room to get louder later on nights with a DJ.
