Encima is the Tex-Mex restaurant on the top floor of City Garden Hotel Makati, on Makati Avenue at the corner of Durban Street, a few blocks from Firefly. It opens at 7am for breakfast and turns into a dinner and drinks spot as the skyline lights up.
