Finestra is Solaire's Italian restaurant, led by Michelin-starred chef Andrea Spagoni, with handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza and grilled steaks, and tiramisu prepared at the table. Philippine Tatler's T.Dining gave it a special award for best service.

It is the proper night out before a show at The Theatre. The Pre-show Express Menu, at ₱3,800+ per person, is three courses with tea or coffee, and a TicketWorld ticket for a Solaire show takes 20% off the à la carte menu in 2026.
