The restaurant and bar on the 32nd floor of City Garden Grand Hotel, on the corner of Makati Avenue and Kalayaan Avenue at the edge of Poblacion. It looks out over the Makati skyline, and the hotel suggests coming up just before sunset to watch the city lights come on.

The menu is broad hotel cooking, with hot rock steaks and seafood served from 6pm, signature cocktails at the bar and live music on select nights. Come for the view more than the food.
