Food Exchange Manila is the all-day buffet restaurant of Novotel Manila Araneta City, built around six cooking stations, from Japanese and Indian to a grill and desserts. On Friday to Sunday dinners and weekend lunches it runs a themed buffet the hotel calls Freshfinity.

It is about 140 metres from the Coliseum and the obvious choice if you are staying at the Novotel. Dinner service starts at 6pm, so for an evening show a weekend lunch or a weekday early dinner works better than squeezing it in before gates.
