Gordon Ramsay's grill room in the Grand Wing of Newport World Resorts, near the airport, is his first restaurant in the Philippines. The room is dark wood, designer seating and modern art around a bar and an open kitchen. The menu is steaks and seafood, with the signature Beef Wellington, a seafood tower and a smart wine and cocktail list.
