Goxo is a 12 seat counter behind a discreet entrance a few steps from Bar Pintxos in Salcedo Village, from the group that also runs Txoko Asador. Chef and partner Albert Mendoza cooks Basque dishes over a charcoal grill with Filipino ingredients and ideas, served as a prix fixe that changes every few months. The room is narrow and dim with dark red walls, Spanish guitar on the speakers and the chef cooking in front of you.
