Green Bar is a fully vegan cafe and restaurant on Aguirre Street in Legazpi Village, started in 2014 by sisters Jaderani and Sarada Santos. The kitchen makes its own plant-based meats, cheeses, sauces and breads, and the menu leans Southern California: breakfast burritos, bowls, street tacos and burgers.

It opens at 8am every day, which makes it the easy answer for a vegan breakfast in Makati, and the counter of daily donuts, cinnamon rolls and whole cakes is where people in Makati order a vegan birthday cake.
