Hakid, from the Aklanon word for to serve, is a coffee shop by day and a cocktail bar by night, in Pasig Plaza on Brixton Street. In the morning the order is the Dirty Horchata or the Dirty Chai; after dark the bartenders make cocktails with house-made tinctures and will build one around what you like.
