Hálong is chef Cara Davis's restaurant on Gamboa Street in Legazpi Village, opened in 2024. She studied at the Culinary Institute of America, spent seven years in Tulum, and cooks Latin American and Asian flavours together, such as a crab tostada with chipotle crab tinga, carrot escabeche and mandarin marmalade. The room is relaxed and good for a group of friends; dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday.
