Hikiniku To Come is the Tokyo shop credited with starting the hamburg steak on rice, and its first Philippine branch opened at Uptown Mall in October 2025. Beef is ground in the shop every morning, shaped to order and grilled over charcoal in front of you, then set straight onto rice cooked in small batches through the day.

Seating is a counter around the grill, so it suits one or two people better than a group. The set is three small hamburg steaks with rice, miso soup, grated daikon, ponzu, pickles and a raw egg.
