House Blend is a coffee bar inside the Simeon Home furniture showroom in One Salcedo Center, so you drink your coffee on sofas and beds that are for sale. The owner has roots in Bicol and uses Bicol coffee beans, and the signature drinks lean on the region too.

The one to order is the Pili Montblanc, espresso with Bicol pili, macadamia and cream. The room is small and warm, better for a catch-up or an hour alone than a full day on a laptop.
