JP Cruz cooks for eight guests at a sculptural marble counter in The Alley at Karrivin, behind a door you ring to enter. There is no printed menu: the Bahala Na menu is four courses finalised on the night from what is in season, using Filipino techniques and flavours. A private room seats four to six. The name means our way in Binisaya.
