Kanto serves breakfast all day and all night from an open-air converted garage on 1st Street. You build your own plate: tapa, tocino or Lucban longganisa with garlic rice, eggs and a tomato pesto, or pancakes.

It never closes, which makes it the Kapitolyo answer to a 3am craving or an early start. There is no air-conditioning, so midday can be warm.
