Kumba is chef Tina Legarda's street side restaurant on Aguirre Avenue in BF Homes, warm with rattan chandeliers and wooden furniture. Drawing on her mother's recipes and time in a Chinese kitchen in Singapore, she cooks dishes from China, the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. The signature is the cuapao ni Cristina, a soft bun with pork, crispy pig skin, peanuts and coriander.
