Chef Myke "Tatung" Sarthou's Filipino restaurant on the third floor of One Bonifacio High Street Mall. The cooking takes regional dishes such as adobo sa pula, kinilaw na tuna and kare kare and plates them with care without changing what they are. It is served family style, with portions for two to three, in a semi formal room.
