Mistral is the rooftop bar of Raffles Makati, on the hotel's 10th floor above Ayala Center. Ten floors is low for a rooftop, so the towers of the business district stand close around you rather than far below, and the terrace faces the sunset.

The drinks are classic and house cocktails with snacks drawn from international and local flavours. Golden Apéro, the happy hour, runs 5pm to 7pm daily, and guest DJs play from 8pm to 11pm Thursday to Saturday. It is adults only.
