Oak & Smoke is a grill restaurant on the ground floor of Pacquiao Mansion in Salcedo Village, run by chefs Sean Jorgensen on the grill and hot dishes and Anna Bautista on cold dishes and desserts. The menu is built around binchotan grilled meats, led by beef from Japan, Australia and the USA, plus skewers, prawn toast, croquettes and dumplings with Asian influences. It works for cocktails with small plates or a full celebratory dinner.
