Oori is the Korean restaurant of Sheraton Manila Hotel at Newport World Resorts, led by Korean executive chef Kibum Park. The grill is the reason to come: Australian wagyu ribeye and pork cooked over coconut charcoal on table grills with a downdraft exhaust, with up to 16 kinds of banchan.

It is a hotel dining room, so it is quieter and more polished than a street grill, and a good choice near the airport. Save room for the bingsu.

## Why go

1. Wagyu over coconut charcoal, cooked at the table
