Origine is the Spanish restaurant on the ground floor of Brittany Hotel in BGC, with cooking led by Filipino born Spanish chef Alexandra Cacho. The menu sticks to flavours from Spain's regions rather than localised versions, with pintxos, croquetas, pulpo and gambas al ajillo. The long dining room has panoramic windows that fill with light, and it is at its best around sunset.
