Pablo Bistro is the restaurant on the ground floor of The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences on L.P. Leviste Street in Salcedo Village. It opened in 2014 with classic Spanish cooking and now spans Spanish Mediterranean and international plates: paella, striploin, gambas al ajillo and croquetas. The room mixes industrial style with colourful wooden floors and lively music, and it runs from breakfast to late evening.

## Why go

1. Croquetas two ways, jamón and goat cheese with spinach, which MICHELIN says to order both of
2. Solo serving paella and well seared meats
3. Open from 7am, so it works for breakfast, lunch or a late glass of wine
4. Wine, gin and a cold cerveza with lively music
