Ramen Ron is an AF Hospitality ramen shop on the street level of Edades Tower in Rockwell, led by chef Tamura. Its house broth is made from ukokkei, the silky fowl chicken, and the menu runs from shoyu and miso bowls to tantanmen, tsukemen and a soupless aburasoba. The room is small and plain, with bare wooden tables, a tiled floor, an open kitchen and seats outside.
