Sabai is the Thai restaurant on the ground floor of Shangri-La The Fort in BGC, from the team behind Uma Nota next door. Chef Puwadol "Tob" Assavadathkamjorn grew up in Hat Yai in Southern Thailand and trained in Bangkok kitchens including Sühring, and a team of Thai cooks works with him.

The menu names each dish's region and leans south: curries, a Panang beef shank, tom yum kung, grilled pork jowl with an Isaan dipping sauce. There are three private rooms for 6 to 20, two of them with karaoke.
