Sariwon is a Seoul bulgogi house with roots in 1938, when Mrs. Bun-im Koo created her bulgogi recipe in the town of Sariwon. Its only Philippine branch has been at Bonifacio High Street Central since 2012, and it is the easiest serious Korean grill to bring parents or first timers to.

The grills are built into the tables and draw the smoke down, so you leave without smelling of it. Order the bulgogi and the galbi, the beef short rib the house is known for, and the braised galbi jjim if someone at the table does not want to grill.

## Why go

1. Bulgogi and galbi from a Seoul house founded in 1938
