Seva is a New American restaurant and bar on the second floor of the LYH Building in San Juan, opened in 2024. Head chefs Neil Dy and Amanda Hao, who ran the private dining project 29 Sang, cook global dishes such as a spicy vodka rigatoni with burrata, and the cocktail list is by Niko Tiutan and Alex Atienza. The room is dark and warm, with leather chairs, a checked tile floor and a lit wine wall.
