Shi Lin serves Taiwanese comfort food, and its Circuit branch is on the lower ground level of Circuit Lane, on Theater Drive, about 280 metres from the Samsung Performing Arts Theater. The xiao long bao are the reason to go, with braised beef noodle soup and Shi Lin fried chicken close behind.

Plates come out fast, so it is one of the safest choices when you have under an hour before the doors open.
