Songtan Premium BBQ on Macapagal Boulevard is named after the Korean town known for budae jjigae, the army stew of spam, sausage and kimchi, and its version is made for sharing. The grill side runs to hanwoo sets and pork, and the kitchen makes sotbap, Korean rice cooked in its own pot with a crisp layer at the bottom.
