Terraza Martínez is a Spanish restaurant on the ground floor of Shangri-La The Fort, run by Valencian chef Luis Martinez for the Nikkei group. The menu covers cold and hot tapas, Iberian pork, bacalao and paellas cooked in wide pans for the table, including the Paella Valenciana of his hometown. The room is terracotta and ocean blue with arched windows and an open kitchen, and it is open from 11am to midnight every day.
