Three things in one building on Chino Roces: a Spanish and Mediterranean bistro, a gourmet deli carrying well over a thousand imported lines, and a wine cellar you can shop while your order cooks. Juan Carlos de Terry opened the deli in 2000 and the kitchen grew out of it, which is why the food tastes like it was built around the ingredients rather than the other way round.
