The Beach House fills three floors of an East Capitol Drive building with secondhand furniture, travel photos, posters and the owners' finds, a style co-founder Jelito de Leon calls dopamine decor. There is a shop of Beach Born refills and thrifted clothes, a resident cat called CC, and a listening room upstairs.

The signature is the Kamote Cold Brew, sweet potato with coffee. The ground floor suits people-watching; the upper floors are calmer for working.
