The Test Kitchen is Josh Boutwood's bistro at the base of One Rockwell East Tower. He first opened it in 2017 as a small tasting menu room, before Savage and Helm, and reopened it in a new location and format in November 2019. The cooking is European and ingredient led, with a good wine list for pairing. Behind the glass front the room is black concrete and tile, with eight tables and leather chairs downstairs.
