The Underbelly is a ramen shop from The Tasteless Group in The Alley at Karrivin, sharing its space with the coffee bar Twelve Labors. Head chefs Jackson Chua and Noel Mauricio make three kinds of noodles in house and build bowls on a pork bone broth boiled for 48 hours, deep but not cloying. The room sits under a curved timber ceiling that rolls like a wave, around a long curved shared table.
