Txoko Asador is a Basque and Castilian grill house on Esteban Street in Legazpi Village, from Grupo Pintxos, the team behind Bar Pintxos. A txoko is a Basque gastronomic society where friends cook and eat together, and the menu is built for that: pintxos, paellas, and meat from the Josper grill, with a 30-day dry-aged Rubia Gallega steak at the top.

Start with the pan con tomate y jamón and patatas bravas, then share the campero paella or the Josper-grilled Spanish pork tomahawk.
