- Race kit claiming runs from 24 to 27 November at the Midtown Wing Exhibit Area, Robinsons Place Manila, with no collection on race weekend, so do not leave it. The festival area at Quirino Grandstand opens at nine on the Saturday night and gear bag drop is on South Road Drive. Prices rise through five tiers, so the earlier you enter the less you pay: the marathon runs from ₱2,750 at pre sale to ₱4,250 late, and the 1K kids run stays at ₱750 throughout.
About this event
The fifth Manila edition of the global series, run through the night on fully closed roads with live bands stationed along the course. It starts at Quirino Grandstand and passes the National Museum, Manila City Hall, Fort Santiago, Binondo and the Manila Bay strip before finishing on Katigbak Parkway. The marathon goes at one minute past midnight, the half marathon at two, the 10K at five and the 5K at six, with everyone off the course by half past seven. The course is certified by AIMS and counts as a qualifier for the World Marathon Majors, which makes it the most serious road race on the Manila calendar.
