About this event
Chef Wade Watson, formerly of Bondi and Bourke, returns to fine dining with Bronte, an Australian steakhouse opened with actor Derek Ramsay. The kitchen leans on quality ingredients treated simply, with a bone-in NY strip, MB5 Queensland Wagyu steak tartare, Filet Rossini and a serious wine list of rare bottles. The room features terracotta upholstery and panoramic Makati skyline views.
