Kowloon Station: Casual Cantonese by the Hai Shin Lou Family

The next generation behind Cantonese institution Hai Shin Lou returns to Makati with Kowloon Station, a casual all-day format with in-house chefs from Hong Kong on the roasts and dim sum. The menu covers the essentials including hakaw, pork and century egg congee, wonton noodles, char siu and roasted pork belly, all handmade and built for sharing in a no-frills setting.
